Returns & Exchanges

OAK + FORT offers returns on eligible items within 30 days of the shipping date for a refund or store credit. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible and include the packing slip provided in the portal.

• 3.
  Ship Your Return

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized mail carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed to your original payment method.
